recent joint Homestake/USFS/DRMS inspection, must conform to the requirements of the DMO <br />regulations. <br />In summary, aside from the change to a new status for permit M-1977-004, i.e., from a 112 to a 112d-3 <br />permit, this office requests that Homestake review the DMO regulations in Hard Rock/Metals Rules 6 <br />and 7, and ensure that they are addressed under the current permit.
