EXHIBIT G - WATER INFORMATION (6.4.7) <br />(1) It is not expected to directly affect surface or groundwater in the northern <br />sections of Phases 4 and 7, as described in Exhibit F. <br />(2) (a) The water features listed are shown on Exhibit C. <br />(b) and (c) are addressed in reference documentation discussed below. <br />(3) The project water required for the operations in the southern portions of <br />Phases 4 and 7, and in Phase 2 where it is anticipated that subsurface <br />water will be encountered is addressed in documentation provided to <br />CDRMS in the course of a recent permit amendment (AM-05). The <br />restrictions associated with water surface acreage permitted under the <br />Decree will not be exceeded. <br />In order to provide additional water should it be necessary for future <br />operations, the Applicant is formalizing a supplemental water agreement <br />with the Pine River Irrigation District. <br />(4) (see (3)) <br />(5) The Applicant has acquired a NPDES permit for this site, a <br />copy of which is on file with CDRMS for this location.
