Sherman <br />Executive Director <br />Ronald W. Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. has applied for a bond release at the Carbon Junction Mine. The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on October 10, 2008. The operator is requesting <br />Phase II and III bond release on approximately 30 acres, including: the North Pit, the North Pit Haul <br />Road, Topsoil Stockpile #2, the Previously Reclaimed Spoils Area, South Pit Drill Pad, Equipment <br />Yard, Topsoil Stockpile #7, and ancillary areas of the mine. The request includes Phase I release for <br />equipment removal from the Equipment Yard.
