The purpose of this report is to update <br />the Division on exploration and reclamation activities that have occurred in the past 180 days <br />of active prospecting. The report also indicates any changes in operations from what was <br />stated in the original Notice of Intent sent to the Division. The Operator may use this form, <br />modify this form, or use a different format altogether. <br />Attach a map that shows: <br />a) Which proposed holes have been drilled at the date, <br />b) Any actual or proposed relocations of holes, <br />c) The extent of all significant road construction completed to date (exclude <br />minor blade work), and <br />d) Current location of all drill-rigs and test equipment. <br />2. Describe what and where reclamation activities have occurred in the past 180 days. Mention sealing and <br />plugging, regrading, retopsoiling and reseeding activities.
