Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Grand Junction, CO <br />Re: Soaring Eagle Gravel Pit Permit No. M-1999-025,"Approval of 112 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Technical Revision Application, TR-04.,/?- <br />Dear Mr. Settle: <br />On October 6, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on August 28, 2008, addressing the following: <br />• Revise the mine phase sequence to mine Phase H then proceed to Phase V . <br />• Extension of the existing dike along the river side of Phases H and V. The dike is to be constructed two feet <br />above the 100 year flood event. The dike dimensions are approved to be 12 feet wide at the top and have <br />slopes of 3H to 1V. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1999 <br />- 025.
