Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On May 17, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on February 23, 2007, addressing the following: <br />Addition of 63.70 acres for a total of 114.64 acres. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1995-056. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1995-056 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $92,689.00 exceeds the $70,753.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $21,936.00.
