Outfall 002A exhibited trace flow only during the third week of the period, Outfall 006A did not discharge the first week of the period, but discharged during each subsequent week. Outfall 008A flowed the first and second week of the period. No exceedances were noted. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls, which did not discharge during the period. These outfalls include ponds B (Outfall 003A), C (Outfall 004A), D (Outfall 005A/MON 5/005XY - same site) and F (Outfalls 007A/MON 7/007XY - all same site).
