Foidel Creek Mine, Permit Number C1982-056, Technical Revision No. 61, Final Decision <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton: <br />The Division issued a proposed decision for Technical Revision No. 61 on September 16, 2008. A public <br />notice of the proposed decision was published in the Steamboat Pilot on September 28, 2008. This public <br />notice initiated a ten-day public comment period that parties having objections or concerns could submit <br />their concerns to the Division regarding this proposed revision. No comments were received by the <br />Division during the public comment period. The public comment period closed at 5:00 pm October 8, <br />2008.
