This rule requires an <br />inventory of all structures and renewable resources lands which exist within the <br />proposed permit and adjacent area. <br />Please address this requirement and if there are such features provide the <br />details required in Rule 2.05.6(6)(a)(ii) and 2.05.6(6)(b). <br />3) Panel numbers are no longer shown on revised Map 2.05-M2. <br />Please revise Map 2.05-M2 to include the panel labels. <br />4) Rule 2.10.1(3) - Maps. The permit boundary will change on all maps, not only <br />Map 2.05-M2. The Division understands that many maps may need to be revised. <br />This should be completed as part of RN-5 that is in process. <br />5) The Division contacted Carl Johnston of the OSM to determine whether a mine <br />plan modification is needed in conjunction with this lease modification. He <br />indicated that a mine plan modification is not necessary at this time. <br />This concludes the Adequacy Review for TR-59 for the Elk Creek Mine.
