Abatement Item 2 <br />was satisfied by submittal of a complete technical revision application (TR-38) <br />addressing the Pond 012 landslide stabilization plan. The revision application was <br />received by the Division on September 25, 2008 (prior to the September 30, 2008 <br />extended abatement deadline), and was deemed complete by the Division on October 3, <br />2008. Abatement Item 1 was previously satisfied by the operator in a timely fashion. <br />There are no remaining abatement items, thus NOV CV-2008-001 has been fully abated, <br />and is hereby terminated by the Division.
