Description of Operation and Reclamation (Additional sheets may <br />be attached): <br />The Lusk pit will bean open pit mine. There is a small east-west ridgeline on the SW 1 /2 of the <br />NW1/4 of section 10. This entire caliche ridgeline will be mined. The pit will be leveled, topsoil <br />added, and re-vegetated to native grass. <br />14. Please enclose Maps of Project Operation Disturbance Areas and <br />Reclamation.
