Livestock exclusion will be practiced until vegetation is established to the condition the <br />surrounding area grass is or as close as possible to that. <br />d) The pre-existing one lane road to the pit will be left existing when reclamation is done. <br />e) Waste rock piles will be hauled for use in county ditches, etc. where needed for fill material. <br />This operation will use berms to minimize hydrologic balance and provide for a stable <br />configuration consistent with the proposed future land use.
