Roger Muchow and talked to him on the phone, at a new address in Brighton, so am sending him <br />another notice, assuming the old one will be returned. The Certified mail receipt is enclosed. <br />I believe most of the other questions were answered in my letter of October 2. <br />It is Chester Gebauer's intention to use what I assume is an Arizona crossing to get across the Surveyor Creek <br />streambed. That is, he will build it up about 2 feet above ground level, and if it washes out it can easily be <br />replaced.
