ORDER OF THE COLORADO GROUND WATER COMMISSION <br />IN THE MATTER OF CONDITIONAL PERMIT NO. 65324-F LOCATED IN THE SE1/4 OF THE <br />NW1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 63 WEST OF THE 6TH PRINCIPAL <br />MERIDIAN. <br />The Colorado Ground Water Commission finds that: <br />Pursuant to Section 37-90-108(6), C.R.S., Robinson Brick Company has submitted the <br />information required by Section 37-90-108(1), C.R.S., including proof that the well with <br />Permit No. 65324-F was constructed prior to the time limit set by Section 37-90-108(6), <br />C.R.S., or the expiration date of the permit, but due to excusable neglect, inadvertence or <br />mistake, the applicant failed to submit the evidence on time. <br />2. The evidence of timely completion of the well with Permit No. 65324-F consists of a survey <br />of the Navajo Mine 2007 Pit Construction Map indicating the pit depth and extent of exposed <br />ground water. <br />3. The proof submitted is satisfactory. <br />4.
