' No soil was recovered for the majority of this area (pre-law disturbance). Soil volumes shown were recovered during recent mine facilities expansion.

`As short-term disturbances, all soil recovered from borehole sites and roads has been windrowed adjacent to disturbance and directly replaced on completion of disturbance
(volumes not measured).
5 Since no soil was recovered from original disturbance areas, use of suitable surficial materials as revegetation medium has been approved and will be supplemented with
available excess soil from other areas, with priority on areas where surficial materials are marginal to unsuitable.
6 Soil replacement depth for West Valley Fill will be 1 foot with 0.7 foot replacement depth for the remainder of disturbance area.
7 Although soil was not originally salvaged from this area, available excess soil from other areas will be used to enhance revegetation success.
e Soil recovered and used as replacement from this area will be the top 1.0 foot of material used in reclamation of previous disturbance.
