Sherman <br />Executive Director <br />Ronald W. Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Trapper Mining, Inc. has applied for a bond release at the Trapper Mine. The bond release application <br />was found complete by this Division on October 3, 2008. Phase II bond release for 294.6 acres of land <br />reclaimed between 2002 and 2004 in Ashmore, Derringer, Flintlock and Hawken pits at the Trapper <br />Mine. The surface ownership is State and private, and the coal mined was Federal, state and private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon <br />as it has been scheduled.
