The purpose of the inspection <br />will be to evaluate reclamation at the site. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that you be notified prior to the inspection, <br />so that you may attend the inspection.
