Sherman <br />Executive Director <br />Dick Wolfe, P.E. <br />Director <br />The Division of Water Resources has reviewed the Blue Ribbon Mine (Permit No. C- <br />1981-047), Technical Revision Application No. 15 (TR-15). The revision proposes to <br />modify the reclamation plan for Ponds 4 and 5 so that only a portion of the pond <br />embankments are backfilled into the ponds.
