Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve the release of coal <br />exploration bond submitted by Colorado Coal Resources, LLC for Notice of Intent No. X-2008-229-02. <br />The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in Las Animas County. No <br />drilling or surface disturbance occurred under this NOI, and such full bond release is proposed. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: <br />Section 17, 18, 19, 20, 29, 32, Township 34 South, Range 66 West, Section 11, 13, 14, Township 34 <br />South, Range 67 West. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments to the Division at the address below within 30 days of publication of this proposed <br />decision in the The Chronicle - News. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jason D.
