The following two items are <br />needed for the application to be found complete. <br />1. A notarized statement, as specified in Rule 3.03.2(1)(e). <br />2. A discussion and documentation indicating the approved post-mining land uses <br />have been achieved in the bond release area, as specified on page 11 of the <br />Division's "Guideline Regarding Selected Coal Mine Bond Release Issues <br />dated April 18, 1995.
