Financial <br />Warranty Changes <br />Dear Mr. Knell, <br />The Division has completed the financial warranty estimate for the Permit Transfer or <br />Succession of Operators applications submitted to the Division for the mine sites <br />referenced above. General Shale Brick will need to post the new required financial <br />warranties for each of these mine sites by December 1St, 2008. If the warranties are not <br />posted by that time, the Succession of Operators requests will be denied. The new <br />warranties are as follows: <br />l.) DDD Mine (M-1984-076): <br />2.) Navajo Mine (M-1993-004); <br />3.) Buffalo Mine (M-1978-011); <br />$135,807 (Currently set at $50,000) <br />$48,297 (Currently set at $37,750) <br />$36,314 (Currently set at $30,900) <br />4.)
