Outfall 011 passed the <br />Ceriodaphnia yet failed the Pimephales. I was advised of this by a lab representative <br />via phone conversation, September 22, 2008. This letter is to advise your Department <br />that Western Fuels Colorado will commence an accelerated WET Testing program on <br />outfall 011 as stated in Part I. A. 4. c. ii, in Permit Number CO-0000213, "Conduct <br />accelerated testing using the single species found to be more sensitive." Western Fuels <br />Colorado should receive WET Testing kits before next week and start sampling <br />Monday, September 29, 2008. The accelerated test results will be forwarded to your <br />Department as they are received. <br />Quarterly chronic WET Testing were performed on Outfall 007.
