We have finished mining the French Property and are reclaiming it (The French Property is the eastern
section of the Lohmann Sand and Gravel Mine) We are almost done constructing the 3:1 slopes
required for reclamation in the French Property. We expect to topsoil and seed the French Property as
per our DRMS permit this fall The settling ponds and the processing plants remain located in the
Lohmann property. During the next report year, we hope to mine 5 acres in the Lohmann property_
dependent on market conditions Please see the attached map for areas.
