Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />It has come to the attention of the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety that problems noted in a <br />past mine site inspection report either have not been corrected, or have been corrected, but <br />documentation of the corrective actions taken were not submitted to our office. <br />Please see the enclosed inspection report for your mine site, issued as a result of past inspection of this <br />site.
