<br />EXHIBIT S <br />Permanent Man-Made Structures within 200 feet of the Affected Land <br />There is one 2-story house and a few fences located within 200 feet of the affected lands <br />"Refer to Exhibit S-1 (Adjacent Property Owners Map) for details on the location of structures <br />within 200 ft. See attached list of adjacent property owners with mailing addresses. <br />1. House - A 2-story house owned by Todd & Catherine Camilletti is located approximately <br />100 feet west of the proposed western expansion area. <br />2. Fences - There are existing fences running along the east and south property boundaries. <br />The fences are jointly owned by the adjacent property owners. There is also a fence <br />owned by the Camilletti's that is located within the proposed expanded permit area. This <br />fence will be removed during mining. <br />Connell Resources believes that the mining operation, as proposed will not adversely affect any <br />of the permanent, man-made structures located within 200 feet of the affected area.
