The Sand and (travel Lease ("Lease") dated January 1, 2001 between Jocko <br />Carnilletti, ("Lessor") and Connell Resources, Inc., a Colorado Corporation (`!Lessee") and <br />B. The First Amendment to Sand and Gravel Lease ("First Amendment") dated <br />February 12, 2008 between Jocko Camilletti, Todd E. Camilletti, and Catlcterine M Camilietti, <br />Clizssoe) and Connell Resources, Inc., a Colorado Corporation C`Lessee") <br />1. Leased Premises. <br />The description of the Leased Premises referenced in Section 1 of the Lease and Section <br />1 of the First Amendment is amended to include the following property: <br />(a) That portion of the real property owned by Giacomo D. Carailletti described as <br />Parcel A on page 1 of Exbibit A, attached and incorporated by reference, and depicted on pages <br />2 and 4 of Exbubit A ("Giacomo CamMetti P=er). The Giacomo Camilletti Parcel consists of <br />approximately 21.95 acres AND <br />(b) That portion of the real property owned by Todd E. Camilletti and Catherine M. <br />s Camilla- described as parcel B on page 1 of Exhibit A, depicted on page 3 of Exbibit A as <br />"PARML $1", and depicted on page 4 of Exh%lt A CTodd & Catherine Camilletti Parcel"}. <br />The Todd & Catherine Camilletri parcel consists of approximately 13.47 acres. <br />2. Lessor Addresses. <br />1 Unless otherwise provided in this Amendment, the defined term "Lessor" as used in the <br />Lease is amended to collectively mean and refer to Giacomo D. Camilletti, also known as Jocko <br />Camilletti ("Giacomo Camillettr), and Todd E. Camilletti and Catherine N1. Camilletti. ("Todd <br />& Catherine Camillettr. <br />The address for Giacomo Camilletti is P.O. Box 249, Hayden, Colorado, 81639. The <br />address for Todd and Catherine Camilletti is P.O. Box 1262, Hayden, Colorado, 81639.
