6. Ratification by Todd & Catherine Camilletti. <br />Todd & Catherine Camilletti ratify and confirm the Lease and acknowledge they are <br />bound by all Lease terms, as amended by this Amendment, to the same extent as if they were <br />original signers of the Lease. <br />7. Subordination Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement. <br />The Todd & Catherine Camilletti Property is encumbered by two Deeds of Trust, one for <br />the benefit of Washington Mutual Bank recorded with the Clerk and Recorder of Routt County <br />Colorado on April 30, 2003 at Reception No. 582075, and the other for the benefit of First <br />National Bank of the Rockies, recorded with the Clerk and Recorder of Routt County Colorado <br />on October 26, 2006 at Reception No. 647004 (such lenders being individually referred to as a <br />"Lender" and collectively as the "Lenders'). Following the effective date of this Amendment, <br />Todd & Catherine Camilletti shall contact the Lenders and. request Subordination, Non- <br />Disturbance and Attornment Agreements (SNDAs) from each Lender and, to the extent the <br />Lenders are agreeable, Todd & Catherine Camilletti, Lessee and the Lenders shall sign SNDAs <br />acceptable to those parties within 60 days after the effective date of this Amendment. <br />8. Memorandum of Lease. <br />Lessee, at its expense, may record a memorandum of the Lease in the Routt County <br />public records. <br />9. Inconsistency. <br />in the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Amendment and any other <br />Lease terms, this Amendment shall control. <br />10. Continuing Effect. <br />Except as amended by this Amendment, the Lease terms remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect. <br />11.
