(MCC) submits the enclosed minor revision application for <br />installation of 280-lineal feet underground pipeline six-inch ductile steel pipeline from a <br />temporary building (Weatherport), housing a nitrogen generator, to the No. 2 Shaft. The purpose <br />of the pipeline is to inject nitrogen from the nitrogen generator into the E Seam to inert the area <br />in the gob behind the longwall panels in E Seam.
