Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Foidel Creek Mine, Permit No. C 1982-056, TR64 Request for Decision Extension to October 3, <br />2008 <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton: <br />On September 19, 2008, Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted a request via e-mail to extend the <br />proposed decision date for Technical Revision No. 64 (TR64). TCC provided additional information to <br />the Division on September 12, 2008 regarding changes to the alignment of development mains. TCC is <br />requesting the proposed decision date for TR64 be extended to October 3, 2008. The Division is in <br />agreement with this request.
