(Refer to attached map): <br />• +/- 20 acres for the plant site (approximate). <br />• +/- 3 acres for entry way landscaping (approximate). <br />+/- 15 acres for the fresh water and silt storage pond (approximate). <br />Reclamation accomplished to date and during preceding year. <br />No reclamation has occurred on the site. <br />New disturbances anticipated to occur during the upcoming year. <br />Hall-Irwin anticipates mining will continue as planned in the upcoming year. <br />Reclamation that will occur during the upcoming year. <br />It is not anticipated that any reclamation will occur in the upcoming year. <br />Enclosed please find the Annual Report Form, a copy of the current mining plan and the <br />check for the annual fee of $791.00.
