EXHIBIT J
In the undisturbed area the native vegetation is dominantly sand bluestem, needle and
thread, prairie. sandreed, switchgrass, little bluestem, and blue grama. This area has not
been grazed for several years and is in fair condition. Some of the weeds that have been
identified in this area are red sorrel, common sunflower, marshelder, knapweed and
annual prickle poppy
In the reclaimed area we are finding blue grama, needle and thread, some switchgrass and
sandreed. There are some noxious weeds such as kochia, common sunflower, Russian
thistle, marshelder, knapweed, and annual prickle poppy. The grasses are spotty in areas
due to erosion. We plan to spray for the noxious weeds in the spring and through the
season as needed for control.
