A program called Quick'V•iew will be copied to the CA and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DRMS imaging CD <br />titre first time. Ilture use of this or other imaging CD's does not regkure a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase moist be in the D; rive. A DVD drive will read a CD or OVD. <br />3. Tile CD will contain files with the.tif extensiot,, T'ltere needs to be an image viewing application for.tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows MCP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Whidows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they don with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does work, DBMS has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickViow. A.Nr downloading "IrfanVicw", it needs to be configured as your default.tif viewer. DBMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licensing and registration ate the user's responsibility. Therc are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and. "Imaging for Windows". <br />nstr st <br />1, Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4, Reinsert titre Cl) into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuiekView <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program <br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. <br />Instructions for manually installing QuickView aro available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.coms. <br />The Permit file document images car be mewed in the reception area of the X7RNIS offlee or they can be purchased on a CA or <br />DVD.
