By this letter, <br />Cotter accepts the change in status to a DMO. <br />It is our intention to prepare an appropriate Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) for <br />your review, and to submit that EPP within the 180 days allotted for this action. The <br />Schwartzwalder Mine in no longer active and is currently being reclaimed making some <br />of the required sections of the EPP no longer applicable.
