Long and Liinda.K Long, husband and <br />wife, having a mailing address of 27950 County Rd 27 Oak Creels CO 80467, <br />("Grantors") do hereby grant to Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, with a <br />mailing address of 116 Inverness ,Drive East, Suite 207, Englewood, Colorado 801 12 <br />("Grantee") a perpetual soon-exclusive easement 50 feet in width as described on Exhibit <br />,A, attached hereto (the "Easement').
