Whole Effluent Toxicity -Chronic Lethality Limitation <br />Beginning on the effective date and lasting through the expiration date, there shall be no statistically significant difference <br />in lethality (at the 95~ confidence level) between the control and any effluent concentration less than or equal to 100% <br />effluent. Such limitation shall apply as a daily maximum. <br />3. Compliance Schedule <br />All information and written reports required by the following compliance schedules should be directed to the Permits Unit <br />for final review unless otherwise stated. <br />Within 90 days of the effective date of this permit permittee shall submit an update to the materials containment plan. <br />On 2/15/07, the permittee shall submit Stormwater Management Plan Annual Reports <br />On 12/31/2007, the permittee sliall submit plans and specifications for construction of facilities or activities determined to be <br />necessary to meet the Total Ammonia fmal limits. <br />On 12/31/2008, the permittee shall begin implementing the approved plan for construction or other activities such that <br />compliance with the final Total Ammonia limitations maybe attained. <br />On 12/31/2009, the permittee shall complete construction of facilities or other appropriate actions, which will allow the <br />permittee to meet the fmal Total Ammonia limitations. <br />No later than 14 calendar days following each date identified in the above schedule of compliance, the permittee shall <br />submit either a report of progress or, in the case of specific actions being required by identified dates, a written notice of <br />compliance or noncompliance, any remedial actions taken, and the probability of meeting the next scheduled requirement. <br />See Part I.C, for Definitions. <br />Attachment 2.05.3(3)-18-14 <br />
