The responses are designed to further clarify <br />the information contained in the Amendment No 9 application. These responses combined with the <br />information contained in the Amendment No. 9 application comprehensively address and satisfy all <br />requirements of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act and Mined Land Reclamation Board Rules <br />and Regulations. <br />CC&V has provided copies of the package at the same locations where the Amendment No. 9 application <br />was placed: namely the Teller County Clerk and Recorder in Cripple Creek and the public libraries in <br />Cripple Creek, Victor, and Woodland Park.
