editor of the Delta County Independent, that the same is a weekly
newspaper printed, in whole or in part, and published in the County
of Delta, State of Colorado. continuously and uninterruptedly in
said County of Delta for a period of more than fifty-two consecu-
tive weeks prior to the first publication of the annexed legal notice
or advertisement: that said newspaper has been admitted to the
United States mails as second-class matter under the provisions

Oxbow Mining, LLC. (OMLLC),
P.O. Box 535, 3737 Highway 133,
Somerset, Colorado 81434, has
Mad a complete application to the
Colorado Division of Reclamation,
Mining and Safety (CDRMS) for a
Technical Revision (TA-61) to its
existing approved Permit No. 0-
19514022.
This TR provides for the addition of
t mine ventilation borehole. The ante
is located on previously disturbed
but reclaimed coal exploration road
and site disturbance. There will be
no 'new' construction of temporary
light use roads. The ~ad area is
located on BLM managed lands.
OMLLC's approved permit area
is located In Gunnison and Delta
Counties and north of the town of
Somerset and the North Fork of the
Gunnison River. OMLLC's current
peand area would be included on the
areas presented by the Somerset and
Bowie USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle
maps and is generally described as
follows:
