Stover & Associates, Inc. on behalf of the <br />operator, Bowie Resources, LLC. <br />The Plan, Profile, and Typical Section supplied for the road re-construction are adequate. <br />I do have some comments regarding other items, listed below. Please c ntact me with <br />any questions, or need for clarification, that you may have. <br />Map 15-5 <br />Plan View <br />1) The French drain pipe crosses beneath the reconstructed road, and then follows <br />the slope as it drops to the B-Seam Portal bench. No mention is made of the amount of <br />flow anticipated from the French drain. Neither has any infbrmation been provided <br />regarding where the flow goes, once it reaches the bencWbelow. <br />Please provide the Division with an estimate of the?amount of flow anticipated to <br />emanate from the French drain system, and a description of how the flow is handled, <br />once it reaches the B-Seam Portal Bench. % <br />2) The cover letter for the TR-55 application (dated 09 July 2008) makes reference <br />to approximately 8,000 cubic yard of cut and fill activity which will occur on the slope <br />face.
