Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Mid Continent Limestone Quarry, Permit No. M-1982-121, Submittal of TR-02, Notice of t- ? <br />Incomplete Application. <br />Dear Mr. Langenfeld: <br />On September 4, 2008, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received the Greg Lewicki and Associates <br />letter for a 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Technical Revision package for the Mid - Continent <br />Limestone Quarry, Permit No. M-1982-121. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the <br />following items must be received before the Division can consider your request as being submitted and technical <br />review can begin: <br />• Per Rule 1.9.1, a technical revision is considered filed when the submittal includes the appropriate fee. <br />Please submit the fee of $216.00 to this office. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your application.
