Our letter to the Colorado Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining & Safety dated August 6, 2008 was not intended to go directly to the Board but <br />to be a complaint and request for investigation into what we believe are statutory violations occurring in <br />the Hollenbeck pit. Please find a revised letter attached with the erroneous language removed.
