Therefore, with this submittal, Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) is submitting a <br />revised Map 23 reflecting the necessary adjustments, as part of the pending TR08-64 Western Mining <br />District Phase II Development Plans. These minor adjustments will not significantly change the <br />projected affected acreage, so no change of the permit text is necessary. <br />We appreciate your timely review of our revision package, including this minor modification, and look <br />forward to timely approval of the pending Technical Revision application.
