Sherman
Executive Director
Ronald W. Cattany
Division Director
Natural Resource Trustee
Attached is the reclamation cost estimate for the Terror Creek Loadout's Permit Renewal
05. The estimate is 15 tasks (a summary sheet and tasks 001-019) and represents a new
liability of $276,095. This new liability is still less that the current bond held of
$278,000.00.
The estimate did increase a small amount since the last estimate was calculated for the
2006 Midterm review because of increased equipment costs. Please let me know if you
have any questions or need any additional information.
cc: Sandy Brown w/out attachments
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
