Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety renewed Mining Permit No. C-1981-010 for <br />the Trapper Mine on September 10, 2008, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to continue <br />under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The permit was <br />issued to Trapper Mining, Inc., P.O.
