Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Elk Creek and Sanborn <br />Creek Mine. The revision was called complete on September 8, 2008. The decision due date is <br />November 7, 2008. <br />This Technical Revision provides for the addition of one mine ventilation borehole. The site is located on <br />previously disturbed but reclaimed coal exploration road and site disturbance. There will be no "new" <br />construction of temporary light use roads.
