Attached are several photos showing
individual markers at various locations around the site.
During your site visit, the reason we couldn't see the boundary markers is that the permit
boundary in the area we were looking is located in the Juniper/Pinion forest. Large
portions of the site boundary, especially the eastern side, are located in thick forests or
oak brush. The markers are on the boundary but are not visible from the long distances
we were looking. The regulations state that they have to be visible which they are if you
are on the boundary.
Hopefully, the attached photos will suffice as a corrective action required in your
inspection report. Please contact me if additional actions are needed.
Sincerely,
Peter M. Kearl
Resource/Environmental Manager
Four Comers Materials
Attach. (19)
P.O.
