As required in the rule, <br />CC&V is providing required information on the Notice of Intent to Construct Monitoring Hole(s) <br />form GWS-51 that are enclosed. The well construction will conform to the requirements found in <br />Rule 10 of 2 CCR 402-2 for monitoring well construction.
