The ovcrhurden depth to the B-,, and at this location is approximately
2,250 fCet.
This particular drill pad Ntils created using it laroe anu?wlt Of' gill. JIM i?•ul;uly Oil the 1,01,1111 anal
west sides, while the northeast corner of the pad appears to have been cut into sandstone and
siltslone hedrock units of the Wasatch Formation. The present crack aiul sloughin_0 materials
occur above the thickest part ol- the fill area. No cracks or offsets were ohserved in tile hedrock
at the drill pad. The overall offal to the southwest is it Chill-ac Conststerlt with settlement
rather than mine stihsidCIlee (FiI'ure 24). This is further supported by ohticrvations front distant
locations that showed no chanties in the massive sandstone heneath this drill pad (see upper
ri.'ht-hand corner of Fi11urc 27 as taken front Photographic Ohservation Point 3).
0 831-032.790
August 2008
Page 34
Wright Water Engineers, Inc.
