Page 2 <br />for each of its mines contains the nec%ssary elements of the, EPP required by Rule 6.4.20, or <br />within 180 days from this letter, submit an EPP in accordance with Rule 6.4.20 for each <br />mine. <br />If Cotter chooses to submit demonstrations that its existing permits have the necessary <br />elements of an EPP, Cotter must submit these demonstrations as permit amendment <br />applications unless there will be no substantive changes to approved on-site activities, in <br />which case the Division will review Cotter's demonstrations as technical revisions.
