The underground mine is <br />located at or near Section 10, Township 43N, Range 4W, New Mexico Prime Meridian, in <br />Hinsdale County. The decision date for this amendment is scheduled for September 20, 2008. <br />A copy of the amendment is available for review at the Hinsdale County Clerk & Recorder's <br />- office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman St., Room 215, <br />Denver CO 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within ten (10) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
