Colorado Department of Reclamation Mining and <br />Safety (DRMS), of receipt the County Clerk and Recorder for Hinsdalc County Colorado <br />received a copy of Designated Mining Limited Impact (1104) Operation Reclamation Permit <br />Application Farm, Amendment ( 7 pages). Also received, were the accompanying Cover Letter <br />to DBMS, which identifies all Attachments, and Exhibits associated with this Form.
